Eclipse Plug-In for Code Auditing

Eclipse's Plugin API has everything that you need to develop your own code audit rules. The "AuditPlugin" that you can get for free is integrated into the context menu of a Java class. It checks the class automatically for violations against any of the activated audit rules. All violations are displayed in Eclipse's "Tasks" view - the same view in which you will find compiler errors or warnings. Double-clicking takes you directly to the code.
